Rasnana Smoothie
1/2 c raspberries, 1 banana, 3 tsp oat bran, chia and flax seeds, 3/4 c almond milk, 1 tsp glutamine, 1 heaping tsp peanut butter, 3 ice cubes...Rasnana Smoothie!
