Cranberries, raspberries, banana, spinach smoothie

So yummy and good for you!

1/4 c raspberries

1/3 c cranberries

1 banana

1 c spinach

1/2 c Greek yogurt

1 c skim milk

1 teaspoon ea. glutamine, flax, chia seeds

3 tsp oat bran
